- 3 lbs Butcher Box Skinless Boneless Chicken Thighs Marinate
- 1/2 orange peel and fruit
- 1/2 lemon zest and fruit

- 1/4 c chopped rosemary
- 1/4 c chopped thyme
- 1 onion, chopped

- 1/2 c extra-virgin olive oil
