Boneless prime rib roast ingredients:
  • 1½ boneless ribs
  • ¾ tsp kosher salt
  • ¾ tsp black pepper
Ingredients creamy horseradish sauce:
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp sour cream
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • ½ tsp granulated sugar
  • ¼ tsp ground garlic
  • ¼ tsp mustard powder
  • 1 tsp to a tbsp prepared horseradish
  • salt to taste
  1. The first step, preheat the oven to 450°F.
  2. Then dry the ribs using a paper towel and rub the salt, pepper with a large amount evenly.
  3. store the ribs in a pan with a roasting rack, the fatty position should be facing up.
  4. Put in a preheated oven, bake for 15 minutes.
  5. After 15 minutes, reduce the temperature to 325 °F by baking it for 1 hour 40 minutes.
  6. When cooked, remove the ribs and transfer them to a cutting board while covering them using tin foil for 15 minutes.
  7. Next cut the boneless grilled ribs and serve with creamy horseradish sauce.

  1. Put all the sauce ingredients in a bowl, stirring until all is well mixed. For a more delicious taste keep the sauce in the fridge for 30 minutes.
