  • 3 lb diced beef fat
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour, use more if necessary
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cups beef stock
  • 1 tsp English soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp peppercorns or to taste
  • 1 tbsp smoked peppers
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tbsp dried oregano
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 5 cloves minced garlic
  • 6 medium-sized potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 2 medium-sized carrots peeled and cut into pieces
  • 1 cup frozen or fresh green beans, tipped cutin half
  • 1/4 cup optional all-purpose flour

Instructions

  1. The first step is to put the beef in a ziplock bag, add the flour on top. Then cover and shake so that it is evenly distributed in each piece.
  2. Put the cauldron pan on the stove over medium heat, then put the olive oil on the heat, then add the beef until browned on all sides.
