  • 1 ounce dried shaved bonito flakes
  • 1 ounce dried seaweed, soak warm water, drain
  • 4 ounce silk tofu cut into small pieces
  • 3 tbsp white miso paste
  • 1 tbsp chopped chives
  • Dashi

Instruction

  1. In a saucepan simmer the water and kombu over medium heat. Set aside the kombu and add the bonito flakes, reheat for 6 minutes over low heat.
